Mount Park Guest Farm
Mount Park Guest Farm is situated in the beautiful upper Dargle region of the KZN Midlands at the foot of the Inhlosane Mountain. This 344 hectare working beef farm consists of a diverse combination of grasslands, pastures, over 40 hectares of indigenous forest, wetlands and mountain, providing habitats for a large variety of bird species.
We offer self-catering accommodation in a century old farmhouse, Yellowwood Cottage, Rose Cottage, in two Cabins and have camping sites. Simple catering is offered in the Bull & Speir restaurant on request. This is all situated in a large garden that is intersected with small streams and a large old oak tree.
Beverley Country Cottages
Beverley Country Cottages is set in the beautiful Dargle Valley of the KZN Midlands, on the farm Beverley, where the early Irish settlers set up home in the late 1800’s. It is part of the Midlands Meander, a haven for world class artists and craftsmen and where one can experience a gentler pace of life, while enjoying our friendly hospitality and comfortable accommodations. All four of our cottages, The Hayloft, Dairy, Stables and Thatched Cottages, are superbly set up for self-catering, although homemade frozen meals are available to purchase. All bedrooms are en-suite with most having a shower and a bath. The central lounges have log fireplaces, bringing a sense of coziness to those chilly wintery days. The cottages are ideal for a variety of stays from romantic and peaceful getaway to a fun-filled family holiday, as they can sleep two, four, six and eight guests respectively.
